It’s an amazing long hairstyle shag. This is an allled low-maintenance look influenced by the 60s and 70s. It’s easy for the rest of the hair to look great with a heavier curtain fringe, even without any work at all. The fringe would have to be my favorite thing about this look. It’s that universal. Because it’s quite smooth as it grows out, it sweeps beautifully to the sides and can serve as a longer layer if you can’t get a fast bang trim to your stylist! I run through the hair wet and round brush in it, it’s a very soft mousse. Beginning with the bangs blowing, dry them back and forth across your forehead until they are completely dry so that they are naturally smooth with a little skin. This helps to smooth any cowlicks as well. This look works well with a theme associated beachy as well. To raise the root a little, you can start by flipping upside down again. Leave the rest to air dry (70% dry all over) spray a little bit of the Kevin Murphy Hair. Resort spray scrunch it a little then let it look perfect! What kind of customer do you suggest this look for? In normal to fine hair, this style is great. Someone with a small natural texture and wave in the hair is ideal for a routine of low maintenance. Just shake and get away! The choice to blow it out is there if you feel like spending more time on it. Stylists, with the layers around the face, you can play around. If somebody wants to throw up their hair, this style is super cute with bits falling out to still frame the eyes. Someone with a plumper or round face shape would look great to cut custom textured layers in the right spots to perfectly highlight the thoe cheekbones! My client has higher cheekbones and a thinner jawline, so I like to do some light layers around the face and a darker curtain fringe to widen the ears.
