She won multiple Emmys for the series

Several critics and fans were surprised and disappointed that Gilmore Girls never won any Emmy awards. With The Wonderful Mrs. Maisel, this was easily rectified. For the first season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Sherman-Palladino won the Emmy with Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series as well as for directing and the series as a whole. Sweeping the whole comedy genre is unusual and it’s virtually unheard of for the same person who happens to be a woman to do so. What happens next?

The question that immediately comes to mind when someone wins this many major awards is: What will they do next? For the time being, Sherman-Palladino has full hands with The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 3, which is expected to be on Amazon Prime by the end of 2019 or early 2020.
