Cute Curled Half Up Half Down

Based on the wedding day traditions, it can be noisy and busy with the bride going to different locations (for a picture taking tea ceremony, etc.) and this hairstyle is great. It’s less messy than getting all the hair down as it’s mostly gathered in a braided pattern on the back. The bride can still be sleek and well-styled in this way, but it still seems more natural than a hairstyle updo. The loose hair strings down the side help frame the face and make it feel soft and romantic. Any advice that someone thinks about it? Clearly for this style you will need a longer hair – preferably waist length to begin with. To achieve the 3-dimensional feel, the braids and curls should look nicer with darkened hair. It is necessary to use strong holding power hair spray to allow the curls to last longer. This style is ideal for a relationship setting that is less formal. If you want something that looks cute and youthful this style is going to be on the spot! You can also use accessories for an outdoor wedding setting with fresh flowers.

QA with Stylist How would this look be described? This style, with a boho vibe, is an elegant half-up style. The most beautiful part is the Dutch braid which adds texture and detail without taking over the appearance.QA with Stylist / Owner How would this look be described? Using NBR Hand Tied Extensions, I created a rope braid for this half-up style. I love the hair of a princess and the most beautiful thing about it is that her hair could do this without noticing her extensions. It’s flexible and looks great on Bohemian gowns and skirts. The suggestions that someone feels about it? Using Eufora Illuminate Sine Mist and Sculpture Styling Gel, I prepared her hair blow drying. Then I created these curls using Eufora’s Retain Heat Protection and a 1-inch XL Barrell Iron. I used Eufora Full Effect Dry Texture Spray to curl the hair back and add length and fullness. Freelance Hairstylist Auburn Rose Bun

QA How would you describe this look? This is a half-down look with minimal accessories that anyone can wear long or short hair (unless you want to add more!). What really makes this style stand out is the strength created by the curls. To give them as much texture as possible, I used a curling wand (or hot tongs) to build these curls right from the base of the hair. Then I deconstructed them to give it a more unfinished or messy look by combing my hands. By twisting some of the curled pieces into a half-up bun, the rose bun was created and pinned into the shape I wanted. The suggestions that someone feels about it? To achieve this look, wash your hair a day earlier and use some dry shampoo to take the oil or shine out of your hair and also give it some grip to enhance the curls. Apply White Sands Liquid Texture and dry it into the hair first if your hair is long or if it doesn’t hold curls well, so it can keep the look longer. Then I used White Sands Infinity Hairspray to set the look as it gives a strong hold without a sticky hairspray appearance. While this was for a graduation ceremony, this is perfect for prom weddings formal events or any special occasion. This style can be achieved on any form or length of hair. If you have shorter or thinner hair, make the curls a little thinner to offer a thicker overall look. In this case, using a curling wand instead of a straightener would produce more structure in the curls which makes this style so beautiful. Neatly Pulled Back with Stylist

QA How would you describe this look?Hairstylist / Bridal Specialist QA How would you describe this look? I’d characterize it as braids and a bun of flowers. My favorite hairstyle part about this is that it can be casual or elegant. The suggestions that someone feels about it? This hairstyle is perfect for all hair types. I like to prepare the hair through the ends with Kenra Texture Powder at the root and Kenra Dry Texture Spray. It gives the hair a bit of grit to keep your bobby pins in place and your curls look thick.

Braided Half Up Pony

Instagram QA with Hairstylist / Braid Expert This braided half-up pony gives me the feeling of the 90s. Extension hair is used to fill the braids with fullness and help create the voluminous fountain pony. It’s versatility is one of my favorite things about this hairstyle. You can either curl or straighten the unbraided hair, or pull it up into a high ponytail. The suggestions that someone feels about it? This braided style is perfect for any type of hair because it is easy to match the texture of the extension hair added to the natural hair texture of the client. I recommend this style to someone who likes low-maintenance hair because they can hold the braids for up to a week. This style’s versatility is also a big plus. Party with Founder and Owner in the Back

Instagram QA How would you describe this look? I love the added bounce of her loose waves. For any event, this look is quick and flirtious. The suggestions that someone feels about it? I used an iron curling ceramic 1-inch. The iron has a lock, just as we would usually use a wand, I used it. Kenra Working Spray helps to keep the hair in contact when smiling, and Tigi Curl Spray keeps the waves for hours to come. These items should leave no residue on the hair so that the look can be completed with a clean brush. This look is best for people with medium to long hair and thin layers. The better the full body!

I used a 1-inch curling iron to curl and then combed to make looser waves through the curls. For any formal style, I have three must-have items. First I use Sexy Hair Push Up spray to cover the entire head to give volume and elastic hold. I’m also using Sexy Hair Powder Play Lite for extra shine throughout the crown and braid. I finish all looks for a hold that will last all night with Unite Session-Max Hairspray. What kind of customer do you suggest this look for? Nonetheless, this style will work best for any client on someone with medium to thick skin. The thicker the hair, the more complete the braid is. With clients who like to have their hair down but also out of their eyes, it’s perfect.

Soft Sleek

Master Stylist Instagram QA How would you characterize this look and what’s your favorite? It’s a gentle and elegant feel. It was built for the singing practice of a young girl. With some weight, I wanted to give her a soft curl. What tricks or items to recreate this look are you recommending? What kind of customer do you suggest this look for? This style is standard, and all hair styles and lengths can be recreated. It’s flattering for all aspects of the eyes. For a formal or casual case, I would suggest this look.

Triple Headband Braid Half Updo with Bump and Long Curls

How to type=1 If the hair is nearly dry, detach the top and sides of the hair in the back. Create your braided headbands by dividing the front hair into three parts. Start with your hair right above your left ear in the front. Follow the front line all the way to just past the opposite ear. Complete 2 nd and 3 rd braid the same way to ensure that they are aligned. Protect behind your ear the three braids. To build your spiral curls, use a medium to large barrel curling iron. Make sure you use a good working hairspray so that with your final look you won’t need as much at the end. If you need to, break away curls after they’re cooled. Spritz the finished hairspray style with a firm hold. Recommended products: a perfect option for this style is the Nexxus Comb Thru Natural Hold Design and Finishing Mist. Best shape of face and type of hair: Subtle square or round oval. With some natural texture, at least a medium density. Tip: If you’re rusty at all, have a friend help with the braids or practice doing them. Getting the right lines between them can be difficult as well as keeping the pressure balanced if you’re not sure about your ability or if you’re in a hurry.I used a 1-inch curling iron to curl and then combed to make looser waves through the curls. Rock Princess Spiral Curled Long Layered Half Updo

Bright highlights add to this easy but bright style a lot of dimension. Without being too serious, it’s formal enough. Rich Brown Smooth Ribbon Curled Half Updo with Caramel Streaks

Smooth top and back sides and individual pin curls at the back of the head to keep the look soft and sweet. Then spray the finished style with a firm hold hairspray on the flat iron or curl bangs.
